Please read them carefully before using our software. ABOUT OUR SERVICE The Profile Master is a software service that helps you create and manage your online profiles. When you use our service, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service. ORDERS AND SERVICES When you order our service, you're asking us to provide the software tools and features described on our website. We'll give you access to these tools through your account. Your access is for your own personal or business use only. You can't share your login details with other people or sell access to our service. PAYMENT TERMS Payment is due in full when you place your order, unless we've agreed to a different arrangement with you. We accept the payment methods shown during checkout. If your payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received. Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. DELIVERY AND ACCESS After we receive your payment, we'll set up your account and send you login details. This usually happens within 24 hours on business days. You'll then have immediate access to use The Profile Master online. There are no physical items to ship. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS If you want to cancel your service, email us at ray.cerbolles.rc@gmail.com with your request. Refunds depend on when you cancel. If you ask to cancel within 7 days of purchase and haven't used the service significantly, we'll refund your payment. After 7 days, refunds are not available unless the service failed to work as described. Once we process a refund, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account. OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS The Profile Master provides our software "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly and to protect your information, but we can't promise the service will never have problems. We're not responsible for losses you suffer if the software is unavailable, if your data is lost (unless it's our fault), or if you can't use it for a while. We're also not responsible for indirect damages like lost income or business interruption. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY You're responsible for keeping your login details private and secure. You agree not to use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive. You agree not to try to hack or damage the software. If you break these rules, we may suspend or cancel your account without refund.
