Why we built this
Applying for jobs in the Philippines usually means juggling a Word template that breaks the moment you edit it, a resume that doesn't survive an ATS scan, and no easy way to share your work online. Paid resume services can cost more than a day's wage. We wanted something in between: AI that actually writes for you, a result that looks professional, and pricing that matches what a jobseeker can realistically pay — a few pesos via GCash for a resume, or a small monthly plan starting at ₱50 to keep a shareable profile live.

How we make money
Writing your resume is free. Downloading it is a small one-time fee per resume (free with any Basic-or-above plan), and premium resume designs are a bit more — both paid with GCash, no subscription needed there. Publishing a shareable profile page works differently: it's a monthly plan starting at ₱50, since a live profile is something we host and serve on your behalf indefinitely. The writing itself is done by Claude, Anthropic's AI model. You describe your background in your own words — however messy — and Claude turns it into structured, professional resume content. You always review and can edit anything before you download or publish it.

I'm a web application developer, and TheProfileMaster started from something I kept seeing over and over: talented people struggling to put together a resume that actually did them justice, or paying a stranger online just to get a Word file that looked halfway decent. I've built systems for businesses for years — booking portals, CRMs, accounting and school management systems — and I wanted to point that same skill at something that helps ordinary Filipino job seekers directly, not just the companies hiring them.
I built TheProfileMaster on nights and weekends, using Claude to do the heavy lifting on the writing side while I focused on making the whole experience feel fast, honest, and actually affordable — GCash and QR Ph instead of a credit card, a few pesos instead of a subscription you forget to cancel. It's a real, DTI-registered business now ( see our DTI certificate ), not a side project I'll abandon — I'm building this for the long run.
