TheProfileMaster ("we", "us") is a tool that helps you generate a resume and a shareable public profile using AI, and export a PDF of your resume. Publishing a public profile requires an active subscription plan (see Section 4). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide — your name, work history, and anything else you type in or upload. You own the content of your resume and profile. We don't claim ownership over what you write; we only store and process it to provide the service (generating, saving, and displaying your resume and profile).
Resume and profile text is generated with Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, based on the information you provide. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review everything before you download or publish it — you're responsible for what you ultimately submit to an employer.
Writing your resume is free. Certain premium resume PDF designs require a one-time payment via GCash or QR Ph, which unlocks that design for that specific saved resume only. Publishing a shareable public profile requires an active monthly plan (Basic, Standard, or Premium — see pricing). Plan renewal is manual, not automatic — we never charge you without you completing a new GCash or QR Ph payment yourself, and your profile simply stops being publicly visible if a plan lapses (your data isn't deleted). Payments are processed by PayMongo; we don't store your GCash or card details.
Don't use the service to impersonate someone else, submit false credentials, upload malicious files, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
We aim to keep the service available and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Back up anything important — download your resume PDF once you're happy with it rather than relying solely on your saved copy.
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
