What we collect
- Account info — name, email, and password (or your Google account info if you sign in with Google).
- Resume & profile content — work history, education, skills, summaries, and anything else you enter or upload while building your resume or profile.
- Uploaded files — if you upload an existing resume (PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, or TXT) or a profile photo, we extract the text or store the image to build your resume/profile.
- Payment records — which template you purchased, the amount, and the payment status. We do not receive or store your GCash number, card number, or other payment credentials — those are handled directly by PayMongo.
- Basic usage data — things like your public profile's view count.
How we use it
To generate your resume and profile, save your work, process your payments, show your public profile to visitors you share it with, and improve the service. We don't sell your personal information.
Third parties we use
- Anthropic (Claude) — the text you describe about yourself is sent to Claude's API to generate resume/profile content.
- PayMongo — processes GCash payments; they receive what's needed to complete the transaction.
- Google — if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
Your public profile
If you publish a shareable profile, its content is visible to anyone with the link (or to anyone if you mark it public). Don't include anything on your public profile you don't want visible to the internet at large. You can edit or unpublish it at any time.
Data retention
We keep your account, resumes, and profile data for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual saved resumes yourself; to delete your account entirely, contact us.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember in-progress work (like a resume draft) between pages. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
